Data Deletion
Delete from the app (immediate)
Nurtelio has no user account. Your phone is identified by a random identifier and secret key, and your data is shared only within the families you belong to. You can remove your server data yourself at any time:
- Delete one record: open the record and choose Delete. The deletion is propagated to the other family members.
- Delete a family: open the Family tab and choose Delete family and all shared data. Available to the family owner; it permanently deletes the family, its members and every synced record from the server.
- Leave a family: open the Family tab and choose Leave family. Your phone is removed from the family and loses access to its records.
- Delete everything: open Account › Settings and choose Delete all data on this device. Your phone is removed from every family, its credentials are erased from the server, and all local data is deleted. Families left without members are deleted.
Uninstalling the app removes all data stored locally on your phone.
Request deletion by e-mail
If you no longer have access to the app, e-mail nurtelio@papouga.fr with the subject Nurtelio data deletion request. To help us find the records, include the family name, the invite code, or the display names of the family members. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal data. Because Nurtelio holds no identity data, we may ask you to confirm the request from a member device.
What is deleted
- Your device identifier and secret key.
- Your membership in every family, including your display name and role.
- Every synced record of any family that is deleted or left without members: profiles, activities, reminders and attachment metadata.
What may be retained
Records that belong to a family with remaining members stay available to those members, because they are also their records; the family owner can delete them. Technical logs are kept for at most 30 days and never contain the content of your records.
Timing
Deletions performed in the app take effect immediately on the server. E-mail requests are handled within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
